With United Healthcare Choice Plus health plans, you have the freedom to choose a network physician or specialist from the United Healthcare Choice Plus network without visiting a primary care provider (PCP) for a referral. Affordable Care plan with co-pays after the deductible has been met for office visits and prescriptions. This health plan includes the option to open a health savings account (HSA), which is a personal bank account that’s designed to help you save and pay for qualified medical expenses. With so many providers, there’s a great chance you’ll find a nearby network dentist.
